NUZHUO PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generator with a 99.99% purity and a gas production capacity of 100 Nm³/h has successfully completed its production and debugging process and is about to be dispatched to Russia.Russia is one of NUZHUO's key markets. Up to now, NUZHUO has successfully constructed many deep cryogenic air separation (ASU) projects in Russia and has supplied over 100 PSA oxygen and nitrogen production units, which are widely used in local medical, industrial manufacturing, and aquaculture sectors. In addition, the company's annual export of PSA systems to the Russian market remains stable at several units, and its market influence continues to grow.
The 100Nm³/h nitrogen generator delivered this time adopts advanced pressure swing adsorption technology. It uses high-quality carbon molecular sieves to selectively adsorb impurities such as oxygen in the compressed air, thereby ensuring a stable output of high-purity nitrogen. This equipment has high purity, stable flow rate and excellent energy efficiency, which can meet the strict gas usage requirements of Russian customers in fields such as laser cutting, food preservation and chemical engineering.
