Recently, a truck fully loaded with equipment left the NUZHUO production base. A set of cryogenic air separation equipment specially customized for Yokohama Rubber officially set off for the customer's site. This is not only an equipment delivery, but also a complete practice by NUZHUO based on its profound understanding of the tire rubber industry to provide customers with a "one-stop gas solution".
This project involved close communication between the NUZHUO team and YOKOHAMA throughout the entire process, from pre-connection, scheme design to production manufacturing and delivery. NUZHUO customized the equipment in multiple dimensions based on the specific requirements of the customers:
1. Precise gas consumption matching
By conducting detailed calculations of the gas consumption requirements in each process of YOKOHAMA's factory, NUZHUO set a reasonable production gas volume range for the equipment. This not only meets the current production needs but also reserves a certain margin to accommodate future capacity expansion, avoiding investment waste caused by oversized equipment selection or insufficient gas supply due to too small equipment size.
2. Site and installation adaptation
Considering the actual layout and space conditions of the customer's factory, NUZHUO optimized the equipment structure design, adopting modular and skid-mounted design concepts to reduce on-site installation workload, shorten the construction period, and minimize the impact on the customer's normal production.
3. Full-process project management
From contract signing to equipment delivery, NUZHUO strictly followed the project management process, regularly reporting the production progress to the customers, and inviting the customers to be present for inspection at key nodes. Before the equipment leaves the factory, comprehensive factory tests are completed to ensure that the equipment can be quickly installed and debugged and smoothly put into production upon arrival at the site.
4. After-sales service system
NUZHUO provides customers with a full life cycle after-sales service including installation guidance, commissioning operation, operation training, regular inspections, and spare parts supply. Through the remote monitoring system, the equipment operation status is monitored in real time, enabling proactive warnings and rapid responses, ensuring that customers can use the equipment with confidence.
