NUZHUO's capacity expansion and intelligent upgrading have reached a critical juncture. Recently, a reporter from NUZHUO Group learned that the construction of its "Intelligent Manufacturing Base for Air Separation Equipment" in Fuyang, Hangzhou is nearing completion. The core production units including PSA oxygen/nitrogen production plants, booster machine factories, and tank factories have all entered the stage of equipment allocation and relocation. This marks a solid step forward for NUZHUO towards its "Future Factory" strategy, and the all-round industrial chain layout integrating zero-carbon manufacturing, core technology breakthroughs, and global delivery has taken shape initially.
The new factory has been fully completed, achieving dual upgrades in production capacity and intelligent manufacturing. It is reported that the NUZHUO Fuyang new factory project has a total investment of 200 million RMB and a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters. It is the future headquarters of the group, integrating production and office functions. The core units of this relocation and production start-up include:
1.PSA oxygen/nitrogen production Factory: Specialized in the production of pressure swing adsorption gas separation equipment to meet the gas demands of small and medium-sized users;
2.Booster Factory: As the key part of this relocation, this product occupies a separate new factory, has completed all construction, and was fully put into production at the beginning of this year. In the future, it will further enhance the production capacity and quality control of compressor products;
3.Tank factory and supporting workshops: Responsible for the manufacturing of core components such as pressure vessels.
In addition, the cryogenic air separation equipment factory has completed the expansion and upgrade! The overall production efficiency will increase by 30% compared to previous years; the drying machine factory, valve factory, etc. have also undergone comprehensive standard upgrades and other improvements.With the integration and upgrading of the original production bases in Tonglu and Yuhang, NUZHUO will become one of the few super manufacturing enterprises in China with the complete manufacturing capabilities of air separation.
The comprehensive facility setup of the new factory has further enhanced NUZHUO's global delivery capabilities, enabling it to meet the modular transportation needs of offshore air separation equipment. In recent years, NUZHUO's business has grown rapidly. Its overseas markets now cover over 15 countries and regions including Russia, Uzbekistan, Chile, and Thailand. In the past year alone, NUZHUO has completed over 60 cryogenic projects!
