Working principle
The PSA Nitrogen Generator is because that the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves for oxygen varies significantly with different pressures, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieves, regenerating the carbon molecular sieves and allowing them to be reused in a cycle. Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, with one tower adsorbing to produce nitrogen and the other desorbing and regenerating. The cycle alternates to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
