Principle of Operation:

1. Under a certain pressure, the diffusion speed of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve is very different. High purity nitrogen generating machine is based on this principle. In a short period of time, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by molecular sieves, while nitrogen can be separated through the molecular sieve bed.

2. After the adsorption process, the equipment regenerates oxygen through decompression and desorption.

3. The nitrogen generating device is equipped with 2 adsorbers, one for adsorbing nitrogen and the other for desorbing and regenerating molecular sieves. The two work alternately to continuously generate qualified nitrogen.
