The PSA Nitrogen technology used in this Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generation machine employs two columns of carbon-containing molecular sieves (CMS). Compressed air enters the bottom of the tower. When smaller oxygen molecules are adsorbed by CMS, larger nitrogen molecules pass through the sieve and are stored. Once the CMS in the working tower is saturated with oxygen, the regeneration of the CMS in the tower begins to work by decompression, while switching to another tower to restart the process.
