Exceptional high-pressure output capability. The most competitive feature of the NZN series N2 Producing Maker lies in their extremely wide pressure regulation range, covering everything from low pressures of 0.1 MPa to high-pressure cylinder filling.
The system supports precise customization according to actual working conditions; deploying booster equipment can meet the needs of high-pressure cylinder filling or laser cutting
Stringent dew point control and drying performance (≤−60℃): Designed for precision manufacturing applications extremely sensitive to moisture, the NZN series N2 Producing Maker offers superior dew point performance, consistently maintaining a minimum dew point below -60℃ (covering different gradient options at -20℃ and -40℃).
Through a combination of multi-stage precision filtration and drying technologies, the produced nitrogen gas is not only highly pure but also extremely dry, effectively preventing corrosion within delivery pipelines and protecting expensive downstream pneumatic equipment from condensation.
