Recently, a delegation of key customers from Ethiopia visited NUZHUO. They first toured the company's two manufacturing bases in Hangzhou and then visited the group's sales headquarters.
This visit not only deepened the customers' comprehensive understanding of the company's technical capabilities and production scale, but also laid a solid foundation for the long-term cooperation between the two sides in the field of gas separation equipment.
The client delegation first visited the high-end gas separation equipment production factory of Nuozhuo Technology. From laser cutting, precise welding, to product assembly and overall machine debugging, the standardized management throughout the process left a deep impression on the clients. The factory manager focused on introducing the company's independently developed oxygen Plant and nitrogen generator series products, and demonstrated the produce status of the high-nitrogen equipment KDN-14000 on-site. This equipment, as one of the company's important products, has been widely applied in fields such as chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, and medicine due to its efficient, stable, and low-energy consumption characteristics. The clients highly praised the compact structure design, intelligent control system, and outstanding gas separation efficiency of the equipment.
Subsequently, the delegation visited the second production base of NUZHUO.This base is mainly responsible for the manufacturing and testing of large high-purity cryogenic air separation units . The customer thoroughly understood the welding process, pressure vessel testing procedures, and the inspection standards before leaving the factory. After seeing the pressure cycling test before product shipment and the online gas purity analysis system, the customer fully recognized NUZHUO's rigorous standards in quality control.
Finally, we also visited the operation center of the group's headquarters. The headquarters is equipped with a professional engineering technical support team and a remote operation and maintenance service platform, which can provide one-stop services for global customers, covering from scheme design, equipment production, on-site installation and commissioning to long-term operation and maintenance. The customers also had in-depth communication with the company's technical team regarding specific issues such as the factory's gas source conditions, gas usage load, local altitude environment, and the response mechanism for after-sales services, and reached a preliminary cooperation framework.
