As of now, the NUZHUO's ATL Project - Cryogenic high-purity nitrogen plant - KDN1600 project site has completed the installation of the main cold box, the installation of the purification system, and the connection of major pipelines. The on-site engineers and the worker team are advancing the installation of the instrument air supply pipelines and electrical wiring, preparing for the upcoming system commissioning. The on-site safety and civilized construction, as well as the material placement management, have all reached the internal standards of NUZHUO.
Unlike traditional projects which only notify clients at key milestones, NUZHUO Technology implemented the "regular real-time update system" in this project:
Full-time Update Specialist: NUZHUO has designated a specialist (who does not participate in the actual construction process but only collects and reports on-site information) or has the project coordinator take on this role. This specialist will visit different areas of the project multiple times each week to take photos and make records.
Visualized progress report: The specialist will compile information such as the daily work content, installation details, and items to be coordinated into a graphic briefing, and simultaneously send it to the ATL project coordination group and the internal management platform of NUZHUO.
The problem closure process is as follows: Any installation deviations or design clarifications that occur on-site will be truthfully reflected in the next update, showing the comparison before and after the rectification, forming a closed-loop evidence chain of "discovery - handling - verification".
The project representative of ATL Company said: "Previously, we either sent someone to go and inspect on-site, or waited for the weekly reports. Now, NuZhuo has taken the initiative to regularly present the most genuine situation at the site to us, even showing us the clear marking of a single bolt's tightening. This level of transparency has given us great confidence in the project."
