Principle of Operation

1. For the same adsorption gas, the lower the temperature, the higher the pressure, and the greater the adsorption capacity.

2. The adsorption size of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen and nitrogen varies greatly. Under certain pressure, nitrogen and oxygen can be separated due to the different sizes of adsorbed oxygen and nitrogen. When the pressure increases, carbon molecular sieve adsorbs oxygen to generate nitrogen; When the pressure drops to the normal value, the sieve will desorb oxygen and regenerate nitrogen. Generally, the PSA nitrogen generator has two adsorbers, one adsorbs oxygen to generate nitrogen, and the other desorbs oxygen to regenerate nitrogen.
