The cycle period of PSA is short, and the valve needs to perform several rapid and precise opening and closing actions per minute. Therefore, high-performance solenoid valves, pneumatic valves or butterfly valves must be used. These valves are required to have a fast response speed, good sealing performance and an extremely long service life. Their reliability directly determines the stable operation of the entire PSA unit.

This oxygen generation plant has the ability to adaptively compensate for environmental temperature and pressure.

The control system will compensate for the changes in ambient temperature and air source pressure through algorithms. For instance, in summer with high temperatures or at high altitudes with low air pressure, the system will automatically adjust its operating parameters to maintain the stability of oxygen production and purity.
