The working principle of the PSA nitrogen generator is based on pressure swing adsorption technology, with the specific process as follows:
• Air compression and purification: Air is compressed by a compressor, and impurities and moisture are removed through a filter.
• Oxygen-nitrogen separation: The compressed air enters an adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieves. Under pressurized conditions, the carbon molecular sieves preferentially adsorb impurities in the air such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, while nitrogen passes through the adsorption layer and is discharged from the outlet.
• Nitrogen output: When the carbon molecular sieves in the adsorption tower reach adsorption saturation, the pressure is stopped and reduced, thus completing the nitrogen output.
Packaging & delivery
1. DC series will packed with wooden case, anti-collision foam block, machine be packed by Stretch film, pearl cotton, according to the export packing standard.
2. Two sets machine delivery by unit 20 feet or 40 feet container, the booster will packed and fittings be packed by wooden case.
