Yestersday, NUZHUO welcomed an important customer from Mongolia . This customer specially visited NUZHUO factory to inspect goods he ordered ,the 50Nm³/h PSA oxygen plant. They want to inspect the production progress of the equipment in person and focus on evaluating the continuous operation purity and long-term stability of the unit under a 150Bar high-pressure condition.
Under the witness of the client, the equipment underwent multiple rounds of rigorous operation tests. The client carefully inspected the core components such as the molecular sieve filling, the alternate operation of the adsorption tower, and the PLC intelligent program control valve. Throughout the process, they closely monitored the real-time monitoring data of the oxygen analyzer. The on-site measurements showed that during the long-term high-pressure operation of the equipment, the system output pressure was stable and the purity fluctuation was extremely small. This fully verified its outstanding ability to provide continuous and stable oxygen supply over an extended period. The intelligent control system can operate without human intervention throughout the process, with automatic adjustment of purity, pressure, and flow rate, achieving high-reliability oxygen supply in accordance with international standards.
