In an industrial park in Ethiopia, NUZHUO's oxygen generators are operating at a stable capacity of 75 m³/h(equivalent to a daily output of 1,800 m³), converting the ordinary air in the atmosphere into medical-grade oxygen. After being filled into steel cylinders through the filling system, this oxygen is continuously delivered to hospitals and clinics in the capital and surrounding areas every day.

For a long time, Ethiopia has been highly dependent on imports or international aid for medical oxygen, with high logistics costs and unstable supply. The launch of the 75 m³/h oxygen generator system by NUZHUO marks a successful transformation of the customer from a simple oxygen trader to a local medical gas production operator. Unlike large cryogenic air separation units, the PSA oxygen production system provided by NUZHUO adopts a modular skid design, and the entire process from signing the contract to commissioning took less than half a year. The equipment has a small footprint and is easy to install and position, making it particularly suitable for the current reality in Ethiopia where industrial land is scarce and infrastructure construction takes a long time. The customer does not need to build a large factory; they can quickly establish production capacity on the existing site.

 

According to the on-site operation log, since its commissioning, this equipment has been operating without any faults for over 2,000 hours continuously. In the local environment of Ethiopia with an average annual temperature of 25°C and a lot of dust during the dry season, NUZHUO specially configured a three-level filtration system and an intake pre-treatment device, effectively extending the service life of the molecular sieve. The actual oxygen output of the equipment was stable within the range of 75-78 m³/h, the output pressure met the 15 MPa standard required for filling cylinders, and the oxygen concentration remained within the medical-usable range of 93% ± 2%. In the filling workshop, the reporter saw workers skillfully connecting oxygen cylinders to the filling lines. The entire filling system was uniformly equipped by NUZHUO, including high-pressure compressors, manifold assemblies, and error-proof connection joints and other safety components, ensuring the entire process from production to filling was safe and controllable. The filled cylinders were distributed to hospitals through the local logistics network, and in some remote clinics, even small transport vehicles were used for "cylinder-to-cylinder" transportation, greatly improving the oxygen supply conditions of grassroots medical institutions.
