This new park, which cost 200 million yuan and embodies the "Future Factory" strategy, is gradually transforming from a blueprint into reality.The curtain of relocation has been raised. According to on-site information, the staff of the valve factory have already initiated the initial relocation work. As the core component manufacturing base for gas generation equipment, the valve factory is responsible for the production of key components such as towers, valves, and intelligent control valves. NUZHUO has the complete chain capability from valve research and development to manufacturing. Its products include pneumatic intelligent control valves, temperature control valves, and cut-off valves, and have obtained international certifications such as CE and ISO9001. The independent production and supply of core components ensure the controllable quality and delivery cycle of the entire set of equipment.
This is merely a glimpse of the entire relocation process. Multiple core production units in the NUZHUO new park have entered the stage of equipment allocation and relocation. The PSA oxygen/nitrogen production plant will undergo an overall relocation. The new plant not only has a significantly expanded area but also has achieved a leap in production line layout and automation levels. The booster machine factory, as a key part of this relocation, has completed all construction in the new plant and began full production at the beginning of this year. The pressure vessel factory and its supporting facilities are responsible for manufacturing the core components. And the cryogenic air separation equipment factory has also completed expansion and upgrading, with overall production efficiency increasing by approximately 30% compared to previous years.For those familiar with NUZHUO, this relocation is much more than just a change of location. It represents a systematic reshaping of manufacturing capabilities. The new park has a total investment of 200 million yuan and covers an area of nearly 60,000 square meters.
It integrates production and office functions and is positioned as the future headquarters of the group. Its strategic layout is centered around three pillars: a zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing system, which incorporates photovoltaic facades and liquid cooling energy storage systems, aiming to achieve 100% green power supply; core technology breakthroughs, including establishing a low-temperature technology laboratory in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and laying out oxygen-nitrogen-argon purification production lines; a global delivery network, equipped with a 10,000-ton heavy equipment wharf to meet the modular transportation needs of overseas air separation equipment.
From an external perspective, NUZHUO's this move has been quite solid. This group enterprise headquartered in Hangzhou has multiple subsidiaries and focuses on the design and manufacture of deep cooling air separation equipment, VPSA oxygen generators, compressed air purification equipment, PSA nitrogen/oxygen generators, oil-free gas booster machines, and electrically actuated intelligent control valves. In recent years, its overseas business has grown rapidly, with market coverage exceeding 15 countries. Just last year, it completed over sixty deep cooling projects. After the relocation is completed, the comprehensive facility configuration of the new park will further enhance its global delivery capabilities, enabling it to meet the modular transportation needs of offshore air separation equipment.
Of course, the words "initial relocation" themselves imply that there is still a lot of work that has not been completed. Valve debugging, pipeline connection, and coordination and integration among various factories all require time. But from the lights that are turning on in the office buildings, the direction is clear and the steps are distinct. Just as NUZHUO has emphasized in multiple public statements, as the relocation progresses, the company is acquiring a strong delivery capability ranging from EPC project general contracting to full life cycle services.
