For continuous lithium battery production lines, the stability and flexibility of nitrogen supply are of utmost importance. Production schedules may have peaks and troughs, but the nitrogen system must be able to respond promptly and maintain stable purity and pressure. The key innovation of NUZHUO's equipment lies in: Firstly, it is a fully automatic load-adjusting intelligent control system. The system can automatically, precisely, and quickly adjust the load within the range of 50% - 105% based on the actual changes in gas consumption at the end of the production line. It can automatically adjust key parameters such as the guide vanes of the air compressor, the nozzle of the expander, and the throttle valve, while maintaining the stability of the process conditions in the distillation tower as the production volume changes, thus ensuring constant purity and pressure of the output nitrogen. This completely solves the problems of manual adjustment lag and fluctuating purity of traditional equipment, achieving "on-demand supply, stable high output"; Secondly, it features an efficient plate-fin heat exchanger and energy recovery system. The equipment uses large vacuum brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers with optimized flow paths, achieving extremely high heat exchange efficiency and effectively reducing system operating energy consumption. At the same time, it innovatively optimizes the process flow path, fully utilizing the refrigeration power of the expander and the cold energy of the reflux waste nitrogen, minimizing the heat loss of the entire cold box and achieving efficient and hierarchical utilization of energy; Finally, it includes redundant design and fault warning. Key pumps and valves are designed with backup systems, and the control system is equipped with a complete fault self-diagnosis and safety interlock protection system. If parameters deviate from the preset range, the system will issue an early warning or automatically switch to a safe mode, minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring the continuous operation of the production line 7x24 hours.
