Recently, the 100 Nm³/h PSA pressure swing adsorption oxygen production complete set equipment produced by NUZHUO has completed factory commissioning and acceptance, and has been officially loaded onto a vehicle and sent to the West African country of Togo. This is another substantive delivery case achieved by NUZHUO in the French-speaking region of West Africa, and the equipment will be used in the local hospital's centralized oxygen supply system for medical use.

The NZO-100 type oxygen generator sent for this shipment belongs to NUZHUO's mature medium and large-scale PSA oxygen production product line. This model has an oxygen output of 100 Nm³/h under standard conditions, and the air treatment system model is CJ-30. The equipment adopts a dual-tower alternate adsorption process, using zeolite molecular sieves as the adsorbent. The compressed air is purified, buffered, and then enters the adsorption tower, where nitrogen is selectively adsorbed and oxygen is enriched and output. The entire system includes screw air compressors, refrigerated dryers, three-level precision filtration, air buffer tanks, oxygen production hosts, oxygen buffer tanks, and PLC intelligent control cabinets. The equipment has completed linkage tests and air tightness tests before leaving the factory.

Why do the customers from Togo choose NUZHUO? From the public trade data, it can be seen that Togo did have options for medical PSA oxygen generation equipment. In 2023, the total import amount of such equipment by Togo was approximately 560,000 US dollars, with equipment from China accounting for about 33%. India, Belgium, Switzerland, and France were also major suppliers. In a market with multiple suppliers, NUZHUO was able to secure this order based on two factors: compliance qualifications and delivery certainty.
NUZHUO holds CE and ISO certifications and is an approved supplier by SGS/BV. It has over 10 years of export experience. For medical institutions or project contractors in Togo, whether the certification documents are complete and whether they can pass the acceptance of the local health department is a more critical threshold than the price. NUZHUO's oxygen purity calibration range for this 100 Nm³/h device is 93% ± 3%, which meets the conventional purity requirements for medical oxygen generation equipment, and the PLC system has an automatic oxygen discharge function for oxygen, ensuring that the oxygen entering the pipeline is always up to standard.
In terms of delivery mode, this 100 Nm³/h device is designed in a skid-mounted or containerized format. For countries in West Africa like Togo, there are differences in on-site construction conditions, technical worker reserves, and domestic capabilities. NUZHUO's approach is to complete the pipeline connection and pre-testing of the control system in the factory as much as possible. After the equipment arrives at the site, the customer only needs to complete the basic positioning, power connection, and external pipeline connection to start the machine. This has been verified in the delivery of similar equipment to Russia by NUZHUO before - that batch of equipment also adopted a modular pre-installation method, and on-site only required power connection and pipe connection.
In terms of after-sales service, NUZHUO provides a one-year warranty for the entire machine or 1,000 operating hours (whichever comes first), and also supports remote video guidance and spare parts supply. For overseas customers, an oxygen generator is not a one-time transaction; the lifespan of the molecular sieve, the frequency of valve switching, and the maintenance cycle of the air compressor all directly affect the long-term usage cost. NUZHUO's molecular sieve filling process adopts a dedicated compaction technology, aiming to reduce powdering caused by high-speed airflow impact and extend the replacement cycle of the filter material. These details are not prominently displayed in the promotional materials, but after two or three years of equipment operation, the difference in maintenance costs will become concrete.

The demand for medical oxygen in Togo is not an isolated case. Medical institutions in the West African region generally face high transportation costs for liquid oxygen and low turnover efficiency of gas cylinders. On-site oxygen generation is a more sustainable solution. The 100 Nm³/h unit delivered by NUZHUO, based on the routine oxygen consumption of hospitals, can simultaneously meet the needs of the central oxygen supply pipeline and the filling of some gas cylinders. The equipment is expected to arrive at Lome Port by sea and be installed and operated by the NUZHUO technical team in cooperation with local partners.
