Oxygen Nitrogen Producing Machine Cryogenic ASU • Basic Principle: Air is liquefied, and separation is realized according to the distinct boiling points of oxygen, nitrogen (and argon).
• For the cold energy for air liquefaction: First, air is pressurized by a compressor. After that, an expander expands the gas to produce most of the cold energy required by the air separation unit. The leftover cold energy is supplied by the reflux gas within the fractionating tower.
• Air Separation: In the rectification tower, the upward - moving gas and the downward - flowing liquid carry out heat and mass transfer on the tower trays or packing. The nitrogen content of the upward - moving gas goes up, and the oxygen content of the downward - flowing liquid increases

Air Purification System
1. The molecular sieve purifier uses a "double - bed" structure. Before air enters the molecular sieve bed, activated alumina adsorbs moisture, protecting the sieve and enabling it to fully adsorb CO₂ and CₙHₘ. The purifier reduces air CO₂ content to ≤1ppm, lowers regeneration temperature/energy consumption, and extends the sieve's service life. (Small - scale air separation uses a single - bed structure.)
2. An air - flow uniform distribution device is installed, featuring long service life, cost - effective investment, and reduced energy use.
3. It is designed/calculated in accordance with 《Steel Pressure Vessels》 specifications.
