The main problems of ordinary PSA oxygen generators:

1. The compressed air entering the adsorption tower contains a lot of harmful substances such as emulsion, and the damage to the zeolite molecular sieve is relatively serious.

2. The air flow generated by the compressed air entering the adsorption tower is large, which is easy to cause impact damage to the zeolite molecular sieve, which in turn leads to heavy pulverization of the zeolite molecular sieve.

3. The compression device installed in the adsorption tower has a large elastic pressure, which can cause extrusion damage to the zeolite molecular sieve, and the damage is more serious when the zeolite molecular sieve is damp.

4. Each adsorption cycle can separate up to 28% of the oxygen in the compressed air, which is almost double the difference compared with the NZO-PSA oxygen generator.

5. Most PSA oxygen generators do not have the conditions to provide oxygen for hyperbaric oxygen chambers. Most of the oxygen supply systems supply oxygen at a pressure of 0.5MPa. The terminal device for oxygen supply by nasal cannula in the ward will be damaged due to excessive pressure, which will eventually lead to a large increase in the oxygen leakage rate.

6. Without the technical conditions for monitoring the state of oxygen consumption, it is difficult to control the oxygen leakage in the central oxygen supply system in time.
