Nitrogen Gas Booster Compressor Working Principle
The Nitrogen Gas Booster Compressor is composed of main engine, electric motor, instrument andelectrical control components. When the turbocharger is working, first the electric motor drives the crankshaft through the V-belt drive to produce a rotational movement; then the piston reciprocates through the connecting rod to change the cylinder volume;Finally, the gas pressure in the cylinder increases, and the gas is injected into the storage tank through the exhaust valve, the one-way valve and the pipeline for use.

1. Equipment Introduction
The compressor belongs to reciprocating, piston (with middle body and cross head), single acting,combination of air cooling and water cooling, three-stage compression, all oil-free and lubricated nitrogen canned compressor (hereinafter referred to as the compressor).
The compressor is composed of the main engine, the motor, the support and the electrical control elements. The main engine and the motor are placed on the support. It is equipped with a one-way valve, an inlet ball valve, an exhaust globe valve, a cooling water pump and a flow meter, and a solenoid valve is installed in the inlet pipe and the unloading pipeline.
