This PSA Nitrogen Produce Facility is equipped with a precise programmable valve system.
The reliability of the system is highly dependent on a set of high-speed and durable pneumatic or solenoid valves. Under the command of the programmable logic controller, these valves perform opening or closing with second-level precision, achieving seamless switching of steps such as adsorption, pressure equalization, and desorption.
This PSA Nitrogen Produce Facility has the ability of exhaust noise reduction and safety design.
The oxygen-rich waste gas discharged during the desorption stage needs to be noise-reduced through a muffler before being safely discharged. The design of the discharge pipe should take into account its distance from the air inlet to prevent oxygen-rich gas from being re-drawn into the system, thus avoiding a vicious cycle.
