Nitrogen Generator For Food Packaging Principle of Operation:
For the Nitrogen Generator For Food Packaging, its working principle is that under a certain pressure, oxygen and nitrogen have quite different diffusion speeds on the carbon molecular sieve. In a short span, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, while nitrogen can go through the molecular sieve bed, realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Following the adsorption process, the carbon molecular sieve is regenerated by means of depressurization, and the oxygen is desorbed accordingly.
Our Nitrogen Generator For Food Packaging is equipped with two adsorbers. One performs adsorption to produce nitrogen, and the other carries out desorption to regenerate the molecular sieve. The two adsorbers work in turns, making it possible to continuously generate qualified nitrogen.

This Nitrogen plant consists of screw type air compressor, oxygen booster, air buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, filtration
equipment, nitrogen buffer tank, nitrogen generator, nitrogen regulator, filling manifold,etc.
Step 1: Connecting A&B from the flange of the air compressor to the flange of the refrigerated dryer,using this black DN50 high
pressure tube for connection.
Step 2: Connecting C&D from the nitrogen generator to the nitrogen booster, using this black DN50 high pressure tube for connection.
Step 3: Connecting F from the nitrogen booster to the filling manifold,using this black DN50 high pressure tube for connection.
Step 4: The filling manifold connect to nitrogen cylinders.
The following points should be noted during installation:
1. The connection between each equipment needs to be sealed!
2. Gaskets and screws need to be tightened!
3. Do not have air leakage phenomenon!
