       Our Integrated Air Separation Unit (ASU) Oxygen And Nitrogen Plant is a highly integrated industrial solution that combines air compression, purification, cryogenic distillation, gas storage, and delivery into a single cohesive system-designed for efficient, synchronized production of high-purity gaseous oxygen  and gaseous nitrogen . 

      The plant's integrated design eliminates scattered equipment and complex on-site piping: it integrates high-efficiency air compressors, multi-stage pretreatment modules , cryogenic heat exchangers, dual-distillation columns, and dedicated gas buffers into a compact skid-mounted or containerized structure. Constructed with low-temperature-resistant 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, it meets CE, ISO 9001, and GB 50030 certifications. Equipped with a fully coordinated PLC control system, it supports 24/7 continuous operation with optimized energy consumption  and stable performance in ambient temperatures.

Production Process:

To achieve the low distillation temperatures an air separation unit requires a refrigeration cycle that operates by means of the Joule–Thomson effect, and the cold equipment has to be kept within an insulated enclosure (commonly called a "cold box"). The cooling of the gases requires a large amount of energy to make this refrigeration cycle work and is delivered by an air compressor. Modern ASUs use expansion turbines for cooling; the output of the expander helps drive the air compressor, for improved efficiency. The process consists of the following main steps.
