Liquid oxygen is pressurized to the desired pressure through a cold box.

Then the liquid oxygen pump exchanges heat with the pressurized air.

It is pressurized by a booster compressor, then gasified, and finally sent to the user.

The generated oxygen and nitrogen can reach 8.5MPa, which can meet the different pressure requirements of gaseous oxygen and nitrogen in the chemical industry.
